New bugfix release.

Hi all,

I was notified this day there were some major issues with Little Gremlin, especially when using a fresh copy so I set out to fix that. When I was working on these issues there were a whole bunch of other problems that caused a long chain of things breaking. This update is mainly to get the new 2023 version with the animated images in a working state. After that I did some minor clean-up on the settings UI and added an option so you can choose whether you want Little Gremlin to automatically disable the redeem when you close the application.

• Bugfix: The volume slider stopped working after the rewrite.
• Bugfix: Little Gremlin couldn't back up the current images if the previous backup was not removed.
• Bugfix: There was an issue in the start-up that caused Little Gremlin to stop loading images.
• Bugfix: Starting without any saved settings would lock up Little Gremlin.
• Added an option to set whether Little Gremlin will automatically disable the redeem.
• Changed the application tab lay-out a bit to make space for the extra options.
• Moved the options to shout out follows, bits, and subscriptions to the application tab.
• Removed some duplicate calls that were causing issues when starting up without any settings saved.

Known issues.

• Sometimes the folder Little Gremlin_Data\StreamingAssets gets set to "Read Only" in Windows, this will stop Little Gremlin from saving your selected images.
• When Little Gremlin encounters errors when saving the settings / images it will remove the talking and silent images.
